Register for a Team



All student-athletes planning to participate with any athletic team must have a completed sports physical on file prior to practicing or playing in any contests.
In order to participate in athletics at PCS a student-athlete must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA and be passing all classes with a C- or better. The student-athlete, parents and coach will be notified of the student’s ineligibility to participate if the student’s grades drop below this standard. A meeting with the student, dean of students, course teacher, and parents may be conducted to determine what actions the student needs to take to improve his/her academic standing.

Driving to PCS Athletic Activities

Any coach or parent driving PCS students to or back from any school sponsored sporting event must be approved by PCS. To become approved, you need to submit a Personal Vehicle Use Form along with a copy of your current driver’s license and insurance declaration page which shows coverages of at least 300K in bodily injury, $100K in uninsured motorist and 50K in property damage on the car you are planning to drive. You must re-submit your updated insurance and/or driver’s license copy when one or both expire. Submit forms to Liz Musal by email or in person in the library. You are not approved until you have received an approved copy of your personal vehicle form with expiration date on top right corner.
