Jessica C. Espinoza is Associate Campus Counsel at the University of California at Santa Cruz. Jessica advises the University on a wide array of legal matters including risk, student conduct, accessibility, information security and privacy compliance. Prior to joining UCSC, Jessica worked as an Assistant County Counsel with the County of Santa Cruz for 13 years.

 

Jessica earned her B.A. from Wellesley College and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law. In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing and coaching soccer and spending time with her wife and two children.
