Founded in 1999, Pacific Collegiate School is a college preparatory public charter school for grades 7-12 located in Santa Cruz, California, and accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Due to our rigorous graduation requirements, we attract a highly motivated group of students who flourish in the school's academically challenging environment.

Faculty
The faculty at PCS is made up of a diverse range of educators with extensive expertise in their subject areas. Every attempt has been made to create a scholarly atmosphere among our staff so that teaching at PCS is an intellectually rewarding experience, not only for our students, but for our teachers as well. Our faculty numbers 34, four of whom have Ph.D.'s, one is a Ph.D. candidate, and eight have either M.A.'s or M.S.'s. All of PCS's modern foreign language teachers are native speakers.
